Accessibility Statement

MMJI CHILLZ, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operating as Spotful ("Spotful", "we", "us", or "our"), wants its website and services to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, and we are working to improve the experience for everyone who uses Spotful.

This statement applies to the Spotful website at spotful.io and the other websites and domains that Spotful operates and that link to this statement, including the pages where you browse venues, request or book a space, and manage your account and bookings.

Our approach

We want everyone to be able to find a venue and plan a gathering on Spotful. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as a reference in our accessibility work. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Conformance status

We are still reviewing Spotful's pages and features against these guidelines, so some parts of the website may not yet fully conform. This statement describes our work so far; it is not a certification of conformance.

Accessibility features

Features we have worked on include:

  • Accessibility menu: an accessibility menu with display options may be available on many of our pages
  • Reduced motion: Spotful is designed to take your device's reduced-motion setting into account
  • Keyboard navigation: interactive controls, including the steps of the booking flow, are designed to be operable with a keyboard
  • Form fields: form fields in the booking flow are designed to have text labels and to identify errors
  • Color contrast: text and controls are designed with color contrast in mind
  • Light and dark themes: you may be able to switch between light and dark display themes

Known limitations

Some parts of Spotful may not yet be fully accessible. Areas we are aware of include:

  • Venue descriptions, photos, food and drink options, and other listing details are based on information provided by venues, and some photos may not include text descriptions
  • Some components are provided by third parties, such as the payment form, security checks, and embedded maps, and these may have accessibility limitations outside our control
  • Some steps have time limits; for example, a quote can be paid only until the expiry time shown on it, and an unfinished booking request may expire after a period of inactivity; if a time limit is a barrier for you, contact us
  • Spotful, including the emails we send, is currently available in English only

Venue accessibility

This statement covers the Spotful website and services. It does not cover the physical accessibility of venues, which are operated independently by each venue. Venue listings may not include information about step-free access, restrooms, or other physical features. If you need that information before you book, contact the venue; we may be able to help you reach them.
